Witness observed five amber orbs in a loose group above a ridge line, pulsing slowly in brightness. Two drifted out of the group and rejoined. They remained visible for seven minutes and then went out together. Witness is the same person as in CFO-2024-0005 and asks that this be considered "a different night".

Amber colour and slow pulsing suggest flares or sky lanterns, though the group behaviour is unusual. The witness’s previous report (CFO-2024-0005) was credible. No scheduled flare activity was found in the area. Recommended: Director’s review.
